Hi; Love your Blog! We have the same boat! 1999 Sea Ray 480 DB. Bought it in Minneapolis MN and piloted it to Toronto Canada. Previously we did the Great Loop (2013) in a 40′ Express Cruiser. The Captain is a retired Staff Sergeant (Toronto Police) and the Admiral is a Medical Doctor. Enjoying your videos and comments. Waiting for the Pandemic to lift so we can bring our boat south and visit Florida again and the Bahamas for the winter. Spending our time now doing “projects” on the boat just like you and getting her ready! Wishing we were there! You are living the life!

That’s super cool! Thanks for sending us photos via email. We love meeting other 480 SB owners. We want to do the Great Loop one day, likely in a different boat, but the 480 would do okay I’m sure. We hope the pandemic calms down in 2021 and we’re all able to move about safely again! Good luck with the projects & keep in touch!
