We know, it’s been a while since we posted on here.
Two years to be exact. We lived on a boat back then! Now we live in a retired ambulance that we converted into our RV, and we’re currently in Mexico. Wild, I know. A lot has happened. Let’s get ya’ll up to speed.
2022 Highlights
I hope you enjoy some of these highlights of us building our 2008 GMC C4500 Topkick ambulance camper conversion, and touring around North America in it. You also get a sneak peak of our 1993 C Dory 22 Angler boat that we spent three months restoring in 2021. Now you can start to understand why we didn’t post much in 2021, ha!
But don’t worry, we’re back making videos. So, be sure to check us out on YouTube, subscribe to the channel and click the bell to get notified of our new video releases. Or, just check back here for weekly videos as we post our journey.
Thank you for watching!

HI THERE!!! from Kenny, still aboard the “ISLAND FEVER”.
Great to get a post from you two; have “wondered” where you “wandered” off to.
I love you adventurous spirit and have always enjoyed reading about and watching videos of your boating travels and hopefully, now of your new quest to travel in your modern day “PraIrie Schooner”. An ambulance – how “McGiver” of you! Love it.
I have since left Island Bay Marina, under not so agreeable reasons, about a year ago and ultimately relocated to “Port of the Islands” marina between Marco Island and Everglades City. It’s a bit remote for me but it turned out to be an incredible blessing, as all the boats and docks at Island Bay and its properties, as well as most of the island were destroyed by the recent hurricane. What a devistating blow for the “citizens” there.
I had retired for @ 3 years, got a bit bored, and took a remote assignment position in the same field, oil and gas rights acquisitions. Now I get paid to stay on the boat and provide the clients with my services (from the aft deck watching the sun come up while talking with the birds and alligators that pass by, as well as with God thanking him for the incredible blessings I received.
I wish you well, fun filled adventures and continued happiness in your new journeys. I look forward to further “episodes” of Team WIFF and your two nomadic felines.
‘Till next time, PEACE AND LOVE, Kenny

Yay! We were hoping you would get notified of the blog and give us an update. 🙂 We’re so glad to hear that you weren’t in FMB for Ian. The destruction is unreal and will take years to recover. Port of the Islands sounds like a nice change of pace, and that’s awesome that you are now working from the aft deck! That’s every person’s dream job, haha. We certainly have many blessings to thank God for, especially our health and safety while traveling. Thanks for the update, Kenny. We look forward to sharing more of our adventures and staying in touch.
