Two months after buying the ambo, we finally bring it home.
And by “home” I mean the marina we lived at while simultaneously selling our boat. It was a sight to see. An ugly sight. While in the emergency vehicle graveyard, the ambulance sat under a tree and was green and brown with sap and twigs in weird places.
We couldn’t wait to get it washed.
But the only thing we had was boat soap and a boat ramp. So that’s what we used.
In the video, I talk you through the first ride, or “maiden voyage” from the good-for-nothing shop we had the ambulance towed to, to our marina in Fort Myers, FL. Let’s just say it wasn’t “smooth sailing”.
